Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions for the automotive sector, has been notified that on 10 January 2018 Tonina Garthwaite, the wife of Terry Garthwaite, Non-Executive Director, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 125 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Terry and his wife have an interest in 15,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
