Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions for the automotive sector announces that James Larner has informed the Company of his intention to resign as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO").
James will remain a member of the Board and CFO until the 31st December 2019 and will support the Company in securing a smooth transition.
The Board has commenced a formal recruitment process for a new CFO and a further announcement regarding the details and timings of a successor will be made in due course.
Adam Attwood, Chairman of Autins, commented:
