Aura wishes to inform the market that on 13 May 2020 the Company issued the following ordinary shares:
Extinguishment of outstanding obligations 63,263,741
Ordinary shares held in Treasury Nil
Expected Admission date 20 May 2020
Background
Issue of shares
On 13 May 2020 the Company issued 63,263,741 shares as payment for outstanding obligations to various individuals including a number of consultants and a drilling contractor. Of this 63,263,741 shares issued, 25,131,579 shares were issued to Mr. John Madden, Company Secretary as payment in lieu for services between August 2019 and April 2020.
The issue price was 0.38 cents per fully paid ordinary share.
Total shares on issue
The total number of ordinary shares on issue following the issue and Admission of the above Shares will be 2,170,035,966. There are no shares held in treasury and, therefore this figure may be used by shareholders, from the appropriate time, as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
