CORRECTION - ISSUE OF EQUITY / RESULTS OF AGM
The following amendments have been made to the announcement released on 6 May 2010 under RNS reference 4217L.
The number of new ordinary shares issued and allotted should have read 180,279 instead of 198,088, consequently the total number of shares in issue following the admission should have read 1,983,081 instead of 2,000,890.
All other details remain unchanged.

Athelney Trust plc (the "Company") announces that, at the annual general meeting held yesterday, all resolutions were passed. A summary of the votes received by the Company is as follows:

Further to the announcement of 25 March 2010, resolution 7 at the annual general meeting approved the issue and allotment of 180,279 new ordinary shares of 25p each to funds nominated by Hyperion Asset Management Limited, at a price of 120.15p per new ordinary share.
Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority. Application has also been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for such ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on its market for listed securities. It is expected that listing and trading will be effective from 7 May 2010.
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares in issue following admission of the new ordinary shares will be 1,983,081, each carrying the right to one vote. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
