The assets havenow been transferred for no consideration from a co-mingled pension plan toindividual Self-Invested Personal Pensions. The holding of Mr. Deschampsneufs now includes 19,163 ordinary shares held inhis Self-Invested Personal Pension and the holding of Mr. Boyle now includes16,970 ordinary shares held in his Self-Invested Personal Pension.
