Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice is 75,691,661.
The Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 75,691,661 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each, with one voting right per share, which includes 878,188 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 74,813,473.
The above figure of 74,813,473 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
