Board Change
ASOS plc today announces that Mary Turner has informed the Board that she will be stepping down as a non-executive director of the Company at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 4 December 2013, having served over four years on its Board.
Brian McBride, ASOS Chairman said,
"I would like to thank Mary for the significant part she has played during the last four years, a period of immense growth and development for the Company. She has shown much insight and has helped the Board formulate its successful strategy. On behalf of the Board, I would like to express our gratitude."
Mary Turner said,
"To have been part of the ASOS journey has been a great experience and it has been a privilege to have served on the Board of one of the retail phenomena of recent times. I wish all of the ASOS team every success for the future."
