Change of Auditor

ASOS today announces the outcome of a formal and competitive tender process for its external auditor, overseen by the Audit Committee. Following a detailed evaluation of each participating firm, the Audit Committee has recommended, and the Board has endorsed, the appointment of KPMG LLP as the external auditor of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year-ending 29 August 2027. A resolution to approve this appointment will be put to shareholders at the FY26 Annual General Meeting.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, who have been the Company's auditor since 2008 will continue in the role until that time, and will therefore undertake the audit for the years ending 31 August 2025 and 30 August 2026.
