ASOS completes the disposal of Lichfield fulfilment centre

ASOS is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement on 11 May 2026, it has today completed the disposal of the Lichfield Fulfilment Centre to Marks & Spencer Plc (the "Transaction").  

There has been no material change affecting any matter contained in the announcement relating to the Transaction released by the Company on 11 May 2026. As previously stated, the total cash consideration is £67.5m with net sales proceeds of at least £66m and is expected to result in a one-off profit before tax of c.£85m after adjustments to associated property liabilities. The proceeds have been received on completion, with all conditions precent to completion satisfied, and will be reflected in the Company's FY26 financial statements.
