ASOS Plc ('the Company') is pleased to confirm that its Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year to 31 August 2013 will be held at 10.00am on 4 December 2013 at their head office at Greater London House, Hampstead Road, London NW1 7FB.

The Annual Report for the Financial Year to 31 August 2013, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Proxy Card have now been posted to shareholders.
