Performance Share Plan

Save As You Earn Scheme

Under the ASOS plc HMRC Approved Save As You Earn Option Plan (the "SAYE Plan") and the ASOS Performance Share Plan 2006 (the "PSP"), the Company has been notified that the trustee of these plans has purchased 37,167 Ordinary Shares of 3.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') in the market (at a price of 3.10 pence per share). 

Following this transaction, the trustee of the SAYE Plan and the PSP holds a total of 1,487,219 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.0% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
