Save As You Earn Scheme
Under the ASOS plc HMRC Approved Save As You Earn Option Plan (the "SAYE Plan") and theΒ ASOS Performance Share Plan 2006 (theΒ "PSP"), the Company has been notified that theΒ trustee of these plansΒ has purchasedΒ 37,167Β Ordinary Shares of 3.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') in the market (at a price ofΒ 3.10Β penceΒ per share).Β
FollowingΒ thisΒ transaction, the trustee of theΒ SAYE Plan and theΒ PSP holds a totalΒ ofΒ 1,487,219Β Ordinary Shares, representing approximatelyΒ 2.0% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
