ASOS plc ('ASOS' or the 'Company')

Share Incentive Plan

Under the ASOS plc HMRC Approved Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP"), the Company has been notified that the Trustee of the SIP has purchased 10,986 Ordinary Shares of 3.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market at a price of 5,744.84 pence per share.

Following the settlement of this transaction, the Trustee of the SIP holds a total of 28,352 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
