ASOS today announces that Non-executive Director Karen Geary will not seek re-election at this year's AGM and will step down from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM on 1 December 2022.

A search to appoint a new Non-executive Director is underway and an announcement will be made as appropriate in due course.
