On 23 June 2022, José Antonio Ramos Calamonte, Chief Executive Officer, was granted an award under the ASOS Plc Long-Term Incentive Scheme (the "ALTIS"). The award was granted as nil-cost options over Ordinary Shares. The award will vest on 31 October 2024 and is subject to the achievement of performance conditions.
