Save As You Earn Scheme
Under the ASOS plc HMRC Approved Save As You Earn Option Plan (the "SAYE Plan"), the Company has been notified that the trustee of the SAYE Plan has purchased 110,777 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market (at a price of 1338.5821 pence per share).
Following the settlement of this transaction, the trustee holds a total of 732,676 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.95% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
