Director's Shareholding
The Company was informed on 30 April 2013 by Nick Robertson, Chief Executive Officer, that the legal entity in which his ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.5 pence each in ASOS plc ("Ordinary Shares") are held has changed with effect from 30 April 2013. There has been no change in his underlying beneficial holding of 7,744,600 Ordinary Shares.
