For the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice is 77,111,320.

The Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 77,111,320 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each, with one voting right per share, which includes 732,676 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 76,378,644.
