At today's Annual General Meeting all resolutions were passed.
The Chairman drew the meeting's attention to the trading statement issued on 30 August 2010, and added that trading conditions at British Polar Engines Limited have continued in the same buoyant fashion, which will be reflected in the Interim Results to 30 September 2010.
The Board is grateful to the management and staff at British Polar Engines Limited for all their efforts and success.
