Artilium Plc (AIM:ARTA) ("Artilium" or the "Group"), the AIM-quoted provider of innovative Telecommunications Software and Solutions, announces that Peter CA de Jong will be stepping down from the Board of Artilium effective 1 January 2012. Artilium expects to further strengthen the Board in the near term.
