Issue of Equity
Artilium plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that further to its acquisition of Trisent Communications Limited, that all of the milestones triggering the issue of deferred consideration have been met and accordingly a further 301,875 ordinary shares have been issued to Dr Gordon Povey and Dr Ian Band.
Application has been made for the 301,875 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place on 29 December 2008.
As at 29 December 2008 the Company's issued share capital will increase to 90,446,964. There are no shares in treasury and there is no other class in issue which has voting rights.
Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights is 90,446,964.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
