Artilium plc ("Artilium" or the "Company")
Artilium announces the resignation of Robert Marcus from his executive role of Chief Executive Officer and from the Artilium Board as of 1 July 2009, in order to launch his own company.
Further to the Company's announcement on 24 June 2009 in which the Company requested that trading in its shares be suspended as a result of a disagreement at Board level in relation to future financing of the Company, the Company's shares will remain suspended pending the announcement of new Board appointments.
Fred Mulder, Non-Executive Chairman, commented: "I would like to thank Robert for his contribution to the Company over the past years, for his effort and drive to transform Artilium into a technology leader in mobile applications delivery. I wish Robert all the best in his future endeavours."
