Temporary suspension of trading on AIM
The Board of Artilium has requested the suspension of trading in the Company's shares with immediate effect. The suspension follows Board disagreements over the appropriate financing strategy for the Company going forward. Due to the current size of the Board (being the Chairman and the CEO) and the differences in opinion between the Board members, the Company has requested that trading in its shares be suspended pending the resolution of these issues. The Board is hopeful of resolving these issues in a satisfactory manner however, if this does not prove feasible, it is possible that the Company may no longer be regarded as suitable for continued admission to AIM which may result in its securities being cancelled from trading on AIM.
