Unconditional mandatory cash offer

Further to the announcement of the unconditional mandatory cash offer by Aspen Finance Limited ("Aspen") for Artisan (UK) plc ("Artisan") on 22nd June 2009, Aspen have today posted the Offer Document to Artisan shareholders
