Directors' Dealing
Ortac Resources Limited, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, was notified on 19 August 2011 that Anthony Balme, Executive Chairman, through the Carter Capital Pension Scheme, his pension fund in which he is the beneficiary, acquired on 19 August 2011 2 million ordinary shares at an average price of 0.925p each.
Following this transaction, Mr Balme has an interest in 159,373,463 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.9% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company has a current JORC compliant resource of 1.1Moz of gold equivalent from its Kremnica Gold Project in Slovakia, and Snowden Mining Industry Consultants Pty are in the process of preparing a preliminary scoping study on the project, which is expected in H2 2011. The Company's objective is to complete a definitive feasibility study and environmental impact assessment with a view of bringing the Kremnica Gold Project into production.
