Grant of awards under the Aptitude 2020 Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP")
On 19 March 2021, Aptitude Software Group plc granted awards in the form of nil-cost options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the DBP to the following Directors. The awards are granted in respect of bonuses earned for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 and will vest on the second anniversary of the grant date, subject to continued employment.
