Director/PDMR Shareholding

Further to the issue of 60,606,061 Ordinary Shares of 0.002p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.65 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 January 2023 to Forum Energy Services Ltd, ("Forum Energy"), wholly owned by director Paul Forrest, the Company hereby notifies the resultant shareholding and interest in the Company held by Paul Forrest. The shares were issued regarding the settlement in shares of £1 million of deferred consideration due to Forum Energy as further detailed in the announcement of 19 December 2022. Paul Forrest's total shareholding in the Company is now 520,856,061 Ordinary Shares representing 15.18 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
