The Company has been informed that Paul Forrest, Non-Executive Director, on 31 March 2023 sold 8,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.002p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1.6 pence per Ordinary Share. Paul Forrest's total shareholding in the Company is now 512,856,061 Ordinary Shares representing 14.28 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
