Further re: Placing
Further to the announcement released by the Company on 8 April 2021 in connection with the Placing of Depositary Interests ("DIs") representing interests in ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), the company announces that the total number of DIs placed with new and existing investors pursuant to the Placing ("Placing DIs") has been reduced from 6,000,000 to 5,999,999.
An application has been made for the Ordinary Shares represented by the Placing DIs to be admitted to a Standard Listing on the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will take place at or around 8.00 a.m. (London time) on 14 April 2021 and that dealings in the Placing DIs will commence at the same time.
Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 35,999,999 Ordinary Shares of no par value. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
