Total Voting Rights

East West Resources plc ("EWR" or the "Company")confirms that the total issued share capital of the Company is 111,361,208 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 4,500,058 are held by the Company in treasury. Accordingly, the Company has 106,861,150 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights.

This figure of 106,861,150 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
