Transaction in own shares

Ambrian Capital announces that on the 3rd July 2008 it acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 37.7p per share. 

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 825,000 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 110,536,208
