Grant of Share Awards to Directors

On 12 June 2015, the Remuneration Committee of the Board of the Company granted awards of 250,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") each to John Coles and Roger Clegg. The awards will be satisfied by the transfer of Ordinary Shares received by Ambrian pursuant to the merger of Ambrian Metals Limited with Consolidated General Minerals (Schweiz) AG. Following these awards, their total interest in ordinary shares in Ambrian is now as follows:

Following these grants, the total number of Ordinary Shares in Ambrian with voting rights is 243,069,698. This figure of 243,069,698 may be used by Ambrian shareholders as the denominator for calculations to determine if they have a notifiable interest in Ambrian under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, or if such interest has changed.
