Transaction in own shares

Ambrian Capital announces that on theΒ 9thΒ April 2009 it acquiredΒ 2,058Β ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price ofΒ 15.75pΒ per Ordinary Share.

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 4,382,058Β Ordinary Shares as treasury shares. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) isΒ 106,979,150Β and thus the total number of voting rights in the Company isΒ 106,979,150.Β
