Ambrian Capital PLC11 April 2008 11th April 2008 AIM: AMBR Ambrian Capital plc ("Ambrian Capital" or "the Company") Grant of Options to Director Ambrian Capital plc (AIM: AMBR), the specialist investment banking groupannounces that on 10 April 2008, Tom Gaffney, Chief Executive Officer of theCompany, was issued 1,250,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in theCompany at a price of 45 pence per share. The options are exercisable at anytime until 10 April 2015. Following the grant of these options, Mr Gaffney holds 3,170,053 Ordinary Sharesrepresenting 2.9 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and6,750,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company.
