Ambrian Capital plc received notification on 14 May 2009 from The Rule Family Trust that following the purchase of 135,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company on 12 August 2008 and the purchase of 1,102,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company on 1 May 2009, The Rule Family Trust now has an interest in 14,162,208 ordinary shares in the Company representing 13.24% of the total voting rights attached to the issued share capital of the Company.
