ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Further to the Company's results announcement dated 19 March 2010, the Directors of Alpha Pyrenees confirm that the annual report and financial statements of the Company (the "Annual Report") for the year ended 31 December 2009 have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
