Dividend Record Date Correction

Further to the Preliminary results announcement release on 25 January 2012 in which it was stated that the "a final dividend of 1.31p per share (FY2010: 1.31p) will be paid on Tuesday 1 May 2012 to shareholders on the register as at 11 April 2012", the "record date". The record date should have been stated as 10 April 2012. Therefore the announcement should have read:

The Board is now proposing a final dividend of 1.31p per share (FY2010: 1.31p) to be paid on Tuesday 1 May 2012 to shareholders on the register as at 10 April 2012, resulting in a full year FY2011 dividend of 1.95p per share (FY2010: 1.95p).

All other details remain the same.
