Result of AGM
Allocate Software plc (AIM: ALL), the leading provider of workforce and compliance optimisation solutions, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held earlier today, all of the resolutions proposed, as set out in the Notice of the AGM, were duly passed other than resolution 5. Resolution 5 was withdrawn at the AGM and no vote was taken.
