NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES
The CompanyΒ receivedΒ notificationΒ on 14 January 2009Β that,Β onΒ 12 JanuaryΒ 2009, Gartmore InvestmentΒ LimitedΒ acquiredΒ 490,000Β ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.
As a result:
GartmoreΒ Fund Managers Limited now holdsΒ 3,514,524 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.86% of the Company's issued share capital;
Gartmore Investment Limited holdsΒ 5,181,268Β Ordinary Shares, representingΒ 11.59% of the Company's issued share capital.
The combined Gartmore holding is thereforeΒ 8,695,792Β Ordinary Shares, representingΒ 19.45% of the Company's issued share capital.
