AWARD OF DIRECTOR'S SHARE OPTIONS
Manpower Software announces the following in respect of share options awarded to a Director of the Company.
Mr Ian Bowles has been awarded, effective 7 April 2009, an option to acquire 750,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme ("EMI Scheme"). The option is exercisable at 45.5p per share between 7 April 2012 and 6 April 2019.
As a result, Mr Bowles now holds the following share options:
