Manpower Software PLC17 January 2007 MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("Manpower Software" or the "Company") Board change Appointment of Mr Richard Morgan-Evans as Non-Executive Director The Company announces today that Mr Richard Morgan-Evans now becomes anon-executive Director of the Company. Mr Morgan-Evans has been an Executive Director of the Company since June 2004and was appointed Group Managing Director in September 2004. In January 2006,Richard sustained a serious injury from which he has since recovered. However,in accordance with medical advice received, Richard has decided reluctantly itis no longer appropriate for him to return to work full time. Accordingly, hehas resigned his position as Group Managing Director, though he will remain avaluable member of the Board in his role as non-executive Director. Mr Terry Osborne, Chairman, commented: "We are delighted that Richard hasrecovered from his injury and will remain on the Board. Richard has hugeexperience in international sales, partner development and implementationservices, gained at senior level within enterprise software companies.
