Allocate Software Plc ("Allocate" or "Company")
Update: Cancellation of listing
Further to the announcement released on 1 December 2014 regarding the cancellation of trading in Allocate's Ordinary Shares on AIM, the Company can confirm that the last day of dealings has been changed from 30 December 2014 to 12 January 2015 at the request of the bidder, Acorn Bidco Limited ("Bidco").
As announced on 1 December 2014, Bidco has despatched the formal compulsory acquisitions notices under Sections 979 and 980 of the Companies Act 2006. The transfer of Allocates shares in accordance with these notices will take place on 12 January 2015, being six weeks from the date of the notices.
The offer by Bidco for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Allocate remains open for acceptance and shareholders are encouraged to follow the steps advised to accept the offer as set out in the announcement by Bidco on 1 December 2014.
