ALLOCATE SOFTWARE PLC
("Allocate" or "the Company")
Blocklisting Application
Allocate (AIM:ALL) announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of a blocklisting of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to cover future exercises of shares arising from the Company's various share option schemes. It is expected that the blocklisting will become effective on 08 November 2013.
These shares will be allotted upon receipt of a notice of exercise. Once issued, the new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
After admission of these new shares, Allocate Software plc will have 68,282,684 ordinary shares in issue.
