Air Partner PLC02 February 2005 Air Partner PLC ("Air Partner" or "the Group") Pre-Close Trading Update Air Partner is the world's leading air charter broker, providing aircraft charter to industry, commerce and Governments worldwide. Prior to entering a close period for its interim results, Air Partner is pleasedto announce that trading for the six months ended 31 January 2005 has been aheadof market expectations. Underlying trading in the period has been strong, with both revenue andprofitability higher against the comparable period for 2004. However it shouldbe noted that some major one-off projects have occurred in the period, and theseare not expected to recur in future years. Pleasingly, all of Air Partner's 19offices have performed ahead of, or in line with expectations. The Group's interim results will be announced on Thursday 7th April 2005.
