Launch of the All-New Range Rover

Air Partner is pleased to announce that it successfully won and completed the aviation support contract for the global launch of Land Rover's all-new Range Rover, in conjunction with marketing services agency P&MM. Air Partner and P&MM have been working together for over 10 years and the strong relationship ensured the project was carried out efficiently and seamlessly. The contract saw Air Partner fly 7,058 car dealers from over 53 countries around the world to Marrakech in Morocco, on 126 flights, supported 24/7 by a dedicated Air Partner team that was seconded across the globe to implement the project.

Air Partner, which has a Royal Warrant from HM Queen Elizabeth II, planned and implemented the travel logistics for this prestigious, high profile event. Air Partner ensured all passengers received the highest standards of service from the moment they arrived at one of the project's dedicated hubs in the UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and Russia, throughout their journey on private charter flights to test drive the all-new Range Rover.

The joint team coordinated and created the ultimate Land Rover experience with Land Rover branded luggage and hotel tags, dedicated branded check-in services, private lounges and catering for all passengers. The Airbus A319 aircraft were liveried with the Range Rover logo inside and out from "The All-New Range Rover" on the fuselage to branded seating, menus and napkins. This level of detail maximised the brand experience ensuring the logistics were very much part of the marketing project.

Air Partner, the largest stock market listed charter broker, was able to create and second an entire dedicated team to the project, providing Land Rover and P&MM with Air Partner personnel at all international departure points, on all flights and on location in Marrakech for the duration of the project. This team oversaw all departures from the international hubs and arrivals at Marrakesh. Air Partner's team was available 24/7 to ensure VIP treatment and smooth implementation; clients received assistance with registration and hotel check-ins as well as addressing a wide range of personal requests.
