Assura announces that it is posting an updated AGM Notice to shareholders today which contains certain non-substantive corrections.
The revised Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is available on the Assura plc website at http://assuraplc.com/investor-relations/reports-and-presentations/
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy has also been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
