Result of Annual General Meeting
and Placing Update
ANGLE plc, which focuses on the commercialisation of technology and the development of technology-based industry, announces that at the Annual General Meeting, held yesterday, all resolutions proposed were duly passed.
In addition, the Company wishes to provide an update on its conditional placing (the 'Placing') announced on 9 September 2010. The Company can confirm that the conditions relating to the Placing have been met and it is now expected that the Subscription Shares will be admitted to trading on or before 15 October 2010, pending the receipt of subscription funds. A further announcement will be made in due course.
