Further Update on Extraordinary General Meeting

Further to the Company's announcement of 20 March 2020, Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, gives notice that, in light of the UK Government's announcement on 23 March 2020 in relation to COVID-19 and in the interests of protecting the health and wellbeing of shareholders, additional amendments to the format of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM" or the "the Meeting") of the Company to be held at 11.00 am (UK time) on 2 April 2020 have been made as described below.

As the UK Government has stated that non-essential travel should be avoided, the location of the Meeting has been moved to 35 Viceroy Court, Prince Albert Road, London NW8 7PR. However, to comply with the UK Government's requirement that physical gatherings should now consist of no more than 2 persons in public, the Company will exercise powers under its Articles of Association not to admit any person to the new Meeting venue apart from Mr. Derek Zissman, a Statutory External Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company, who will chair the formal business of the Meeting.

Accordingly, shareholders wishing to participate in the Meeting should utilise the online facilities previously provided in the announcement of 20 March 2020 and now repeated below.

In addition to Mr. Zissman, the Chairman of the Company, Yariv Avisar, the CEO, Dori Ivzori, and the Company Secretary, Ben Gilad, will participate in the Meeting via the webinar.

Shareholders wishing to attend the EGM are requested to pre-register.

Voting

Shareholders are strongly encouraged to vote by proxy. Shareholders are able to vote electronically using the Share Portal Service via www.signalshares.com. To vote online, shareholders will need to enter their surname, investor code and postcode. Shareholders providing a Form of Proxy via post must complete and return the form to the Company's registrar, Link Asset Services, at The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 4TU, United Kingdom. Please note that the deadline for receiving proxy forms (including any submitted electronically) is 11.00 am (UK time) on 31 March 2020.

Shares held in certificated form (i.e. in CREST) may be voted through the CREST Proxy Voting Service in accordance with the procedures set out in the CREST manual. Please note that the deadline for lodging CREST instructions is 11.00am (UK time) on 30 March 2020.
