Aminex PLC12 December 2007 AMINEX PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING Aminex PLC announces that it has today made application to the Irish StockExchange and the UK Listing Authority for the listing of 49,962 Ordinary Sharesof €0.06 each, which will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue, to beadmitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and the Official Listof the Listing Authority and application has been made to the Irish StockExchange and the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted fortrading. The shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants inaccordance with the placing and rights issue completed in July 2007. Theexercise price of the warrants was Stg 22 pence. It is expected that admissionwill take place and dealings will commence in these new ordinary shares on 18December 2007. On completion of this listing, the total number of voting rights of Aminex PLCwill be 242,081,709.
