Aminex PLC ("Aminex" or "the Company") advises that application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for 67,079,689 Open Offer Shares to be admitted to the Official Lists and application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange plc (the ÒLondon Stock ExchangeÓ) for such Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on their respective regulated markets for listed securities. It is expected that such admission will become effective and that dealings will commence in the Placing Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 28 February 2014.

This announcement should be read in conjunction with the full text of the prospectus published by the Company on 30 January 2014 ("the Prospectus"). All capitalised/defined terms in this announcement have the same meaning as those contained in the Prospectus.
